Stage 4: Logistics and Travel Arrangements
- Prepare arrival logistics for client, including airport pickup and accommodation arrangements
- Arrange meetings with manufacturers and companies
- Coordinate travel itinerary for client's trip to China
Stage 5: Client Visit and Business Transactions
- Welcome client to China and facilitate meetings with manufacturers
- Assist client in negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with manufacturers
- Ensure smooth communication and transaction process between client and manufacturers

- Provide ongoing support and assistance to client after their visit
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
